Good way to make gold on a high pop server?

I'm going to transfer to a high pop server soon, and i was wondering how you guys make your gold.

I would think its very different. I might be the only botter on my server. It's very easy to get herbs and ores.

On a High pop server, I'm sure there are plenty of bots roaming around. Wouldn't it be harder to get raw mats?

Not harder because nodes respawn based on how often they're picked. So if there are more people or bots in a zone the nodes will respawn faster. That's the way is used to be anyways. Pretty sure it's the same. I'm on a high pop server and I don't have any problems gathering plenty of mats.

Since its a high pop realm its probably full of bots. What you can do is get some profession like enchanting / jwc and buy their cheap mats. I dont really know much about that since I only sell my mats raw, but there are people who are benefiting alot from us botters.

The worst part about being on a high pop server is the raw mats sell for really cheap. On my server cinderbloom is 15-20 a stack and ele ore is 35-40. Flasks are selling for about 50-60 each. You just have to figure out the best things to make/sell. I know I can make and sell hardened ele bars for a lot more than just the ore.

Latest bot I've got so far has been running almost 24/7 since Saturday and I've netted 128k gold so far and I still have like 400 auctions that are waiting to sell. On average its pulling in a pretty consistent 20-21k/day.

That is way to risky, you should never post auctions on your farmer. But really, 20-21k/day? What do you farm and what are the market price on those mats?

Yeah, i wanna know that too... I'm lucky if i make 5K per week... i could use your advice.

I make around 100-150k a week based on progression guild raids selling mainly raw ore and I turn all my herbs into flasks. Big money comes from flasks.

Just doing easy stuff should net you 5k a day easy, and that's not even a full day just 8-12hrs.

I alternate between Uldum and Deepholm with both herb/mining. So I'm posting Whiptail/Cinderbloom/Elementium from Uldum and Heartsblossom/Cinderbloom/Elementium/Obsidian from Deepholm.

I've made close to 300k now in the last 2 weeks. I have no idea what the prices are for the mats because the script is auto-posting them. I was selling to a private buyer with a COD script I stole from Inrego, but it was too much of a pain to deal with the buyer being slow so I went back to straight AH.

I want to say that Elementium and Obsidian are like 50-60g/stack...whiptail is like 35/stack...cinderbloom is like 15g/stack and heartblossom is all over from 30-60g/stack. Seems like it really depends on if anyone else is farming it.

I am literally spending less that 5 minutes per day per bot. Only if it needs to be relogged in.
