Good MF/GF profile for barb?

I was looking at the act 1 profiles, which one is the best?

I also need some help as to skillset/gear.

What kind of gear do I need? Do you guys prioritize resist > hp > mf?


Also, what skills I'm supposed to be using for my barb? Would greatly appreciate feedback, thanks!
