Good level 1-60 for warrior?

I consider myself decently geared but all the 1-60 profiles i run take me to stv (or badlands) at lvl 23 and im getting owned by the lvl 30-40 mobs not to mention the pvp that goes on lol. Im not complaining for the contribution of the people that posted profiles im just wondering if theres a good profile that stays within level range?

but also if you open the profile with a text editor you can edit the lvl range per area
