Umm they moved servers, the only ones reposted are the ones the CC Dev's reposted... some of which the development hasn't happened in a while or the Dev's just aren't checking the forums everyday... if they aren't reposted in a week either the CC Dev's aren't that active or the CC Development hasn't progressed and they don't want to post in current form...

Old forums are still up, go check them
