good Druid CC for leveling?

Hey guys,

in the next days I want to level my druid and I was asking myself if there is a good flawless Druid CC out there , to level from 85-90, Feral Combat or Feral Guardian. I want to Grind-> skin mobs and level, so it should kill fast.

Or is Singular good enough?

And what is better in point of survivabilty AND speed on kills, does feral combat have any problems?

I've found Fpsware best for leveling. It occasionaly have problem with facing the wrong direction, but it is only cc with working healing in combat and ability to switch to bear on too mamy mobs. +nice very configurable UI
