Good botting hours ?

Hi i am going to buy 1 year of honorbuddy later tonight and i was wondering what would be good hours to bot ?

Normal day hours. Rather than play wow, go out, watch tv, palay a different game, both when you'd be playing and have a break, less liekly to get banned, especially if you're nearby the computer anddd yeh. xD
