Goldselling risky?

Hello,

i wanted to ask if it?s very risky to sell gold in wow. It?s ok if my Botaccounts will get a bann after a while, I just don?t want to loose my main! I never bot or trade with my main.
Normally Blizzard isn?t banning mainaccounts just because of the IP-adress or something but if I sell gold, maybe blizz will get angry an bann all my accounts? I really don?t know, maybe someone has a little bit more experience with goldselling than me. If I?m honest I don?t need all the gold for my charakter, so I want to sell a few million. A few millions of gold shouldn?t be a problem with the release of MoP.

Edit: I wouldn?t trade gold with any chineese. i would just sell it on ebay.
 
From what I've read people usually will buy a standard WoW account and use that to trade the gold they've sold with it.
 
The only account's i have ever had banned were my gold selling accounts. I bought a mess of vanilla WoW key's when they were $5 and use those to sell with. Perhaps get yourself a Unmergged account and sell from that.
 
that sounds good, so blizz isn?t banning all accounts on the computer togehter?
I started to sell a little bit 1 month ago and made over 150? which is nice to have with 16.
It?s important that i can still play on my main because the game is still fun for me.
 
Use a *** or something when you sell gold on other accounts if you're really worried.
 
Yea, with unmerged accounts and a *** that is used only with those accounts... pretty easy to avoid a ban
 
In your text i can always see "***" . I think that should be V P N ? Normally that servers cost money, doesn?t they?
A *** server costs about 50$ for 6 months. It?s not that much but if I dont need a *** it would be nice.
Can i just use the *** for all my botaccounts and play with my main at the same time on the same pc?
Anyone of you had problems with your mainacc. because of botting or goldselling?

I think there's some cheaper than that.

You won't be able to bot on an account using a V.P.N. while playing on your main, unless they're on separate PCs.
 
Just to give the definitive answer to the original question:

NO! Gold selling is not risky!

"Risky" would mean there is some kind of chance for something bad to happen. When you sell gold, there is no chance, just the certainty that that account will be banned. Thus, selling gold is not risky. Selling gold *will* get you banned.

Of cause it will get me banned after a while, thats ok. But I have to know if my Main is in danger if I sell gold.
Normally only the char that botted or traded will be banned, I think.
