Gold Selling, Where?

I'm thinking of starting to farm gold to sell. Where should I go to try and sell it? Besides craigslist does anyone know any good sites for selling gold. Or anyway to find out what realms have the highest demand/payout?

Any tips on how to not get scammed while selling gold?
