Gold Selling Viability?

Given that duping is here to stay and hence gold prices will remain low with small flourishes at new expansions.
Is it viable and realistic to make approx. 50 Euro per 7 days on the EU servers?

How many bots would you consider realistic to achieve this on a regular basis as profit?

I'm curious as to whether its worthwhile increasing my set up as I currently just run two accounts for fun. I also expect the game will have pretty much died its death within the next couple of years so its not a long term view, perhaps a year of gold trading.

Calculate that each bot can make 15-20k/24h with herbalism/insc and just do the math. At current prices with the chinese it would 250k gold to make 50euro/week. My guess is 3-4 bots.

Chinese goldprices just plummited overnight to 0.2euro/k which is an all time low. I have quite big stocks which need to be sold but feels like getting robbed at those prices.

Anyone got any ideas?

find a different MMO.... Prices won't go up again cause there's always people poor enough to sell lower than you.

I don't believe I would attribute low gold prices to duping. It has more to do with on over abundance of people botting/selling gold. Supply is greater then demand which lowers price. Also there is always people willing to selling for .15 per k, so why would the Chinese willingly cut in to their own profits and offer a price of 1.15 if they dont' need to.

About your actual question though; the above estimate is probably accurate, but expect to be banned very promptly. You need to take into account lost accounts (it will happen) and the price/time it takes to get new farmers up and ready to actually farm. You will not be making 50$ a week if your accounts are banned and or still leveling up to farm.

Always a good plan, I buy GTC's on several accounts as it works out better than trying to sell gold for those realms and fund it via paysafe cards.

You pay with your gold mate. Chinese pay for gtc and with your gold they make the gtc plus profit so it's exactly the same
