Gold Selling or Account Selling

I'm looking into expanding my botting from Hobby to Business. Initially I'd like to do this part time in addition to my current 'normal' occupation. Since I've finished leveling all my toons, grinding out professions, pvp gear, achievements, and a very large amount of gold (as well as 2 gbanks full of flasks/gems), I don't really know what else to do.

My first thought was to start selling Gold. Unfortunately, for the time being, all of my toons are on the same server, which means the auction house prices crashing could equal me not getting paid for a week or longer. Which is why I started thinking about creating accounts to sell. I currently have 2 accounts (under the same b.net address - because I'm dumb), and when I made my 2nd one it only cost $60 to start. Assuming that deal is still in effect, I could spend $60 and sell the account with a lvl 85 in full honor gear (+1 cp gear) and 525 mining/herb. My problem is finding a place that can quote me on an account that isnt made yet... But I've found I can easily 100% bot the exact toon I've described in an average of 10 days. I could theoretically run 5+, 4, and 2 accounts on my 3 computers (I havent had access to more than 5 accts to fully stress test my main pc).

With my selling the account method, it's also VERY LITTLE actual work, since I don't have to worry about anything but leveling the account and farming the honor gear, then off with the account. I feel like with Gold Selling you have to do a lot more work to make sure that you consistently have gold to sell (like I said, if herb/ore prices bottom out on a server, you have to pretty much abandon that server for a while, or spend the time to level new toons and professions, then do the work of shuffling). If i'm way wrong here, let me know.

I'm just looking for a little guidance; I don't want to get in over my head or start working against myself.

First of all you for gold selling you need to be on many different servers making gold to expand your chances of selling to more wow players obviously the setup costs and maintenance time can be quite large if you are new to this and it also requires proactive approach in finding new buyers.
Selling accounts is possibly easier or more difficult depending on if you can find buyers, some websites show $200+ for some fairly noob accounts with one or two 85's in pvp gear but I find that its usually the case that you won't make back your money on starting up cata account trying to sell that.
People will buy accounts with toons with good achivs/legendary weapons/rare mounts/pets but obviously this requires more effort on your part.

Also bear in mind that with the odd ban or possible ban of all your accounts you can lose a lot of money/time, personally I don't find gold selling to be worth my own time and account sharing is even more problematic but if you are still keen then good luck.
