I highly recommend Adventure Mode - Skeleton King Chest Farm

I'm getting 800k-1.2m/hour gold on this also quite a bit of legendaries and decent exp.

Running T1 on a wizard, YMMV but give it a try, for me it's the best for gold and I didn't even stack some gold finding gear.

goldskin chest piece + manglemaw runs net me 800-900k an hour on t6, i recon it works on razorclaw also.

the wortham vendor quest nets some nice gph, was at 1.2m gph earlier today.
