Gold pickup : Gold clusters

My bot is set for 30000 gold. But i kill a mob and they drop 10 gold pickups of 20000 each in a small radius. It doesn't pick up a thing.
An option to pick up gold in a radius if total is greater then X in a radius of Z would be neat.
