its the same as sell gold for real cash, you get suspended even can get banned and any accounts linked to it banned eg. vanilla and all farmers banned.

I've personally traded over 100k like this on my main account and haven't received a ban.

Oh yeah, and I also got scammed like this few days ago, be careful.
