Anyone know say the best way to make gold now?
1- I mean , I'm two years without playing , returning to bo now , and I am lost about the gold market
2- herb and minning still the best option to make gold?
3 - any specif mat to farm to make fortune?

no gathering sucks ass now (no flying mounts and prices falling day by day and the fact everyone has a bot), its all about running multiple garrisons now.... it will provide you with all the mats you will ever need AND allow you to bypass the time gate that is mat/gear creation. its about making end products now.

THE ONLY PEOPLE I KNOW MAKING 50-100K A DAY is the guys who have at least 6+ garrisons pumping out enchants, mounts,gear and most importantly cards right now. the gear thing will have to be rotational since the mats are largely bop but the cards and enchanting mats can be combined. their garrisons are churning out mats none stop basically. ANYONE WHO DOESNT HAVE MULTIPLE GARRISONS WILL BE GATED HARD

if you want to make long term investment than all your toons and garrisons will need to have enchanting, i expect cards and boe gears to be dead on dec 2nd. alchemy might make a return because i know how any guild worth a damn and raiders who want to boost epeen on dps meter will always willing to pay for flasks during raids. demand wouldnt be an issue because the supply is gated by time so even botters have to buy stuff if they want to equip min/maxing


with a bot it shouldnt take long at all to do so. also make mostly t2 garrisons w a few t3s since t3s are expensive, massing t2s yields the most returns

also i suggest you have a scribe and a tailor for bags because you will have a lot of toons to level.

Pretty much this. Though, I would still have a gatherer who has mining/herb. While there is a flood of dreanor crap on the market that's gradually falling, stuff from the old world can sell for a decent amount.

i will not expect it to last because there is no use other than leveling proffessions which the garrisons replaced at level 1. on my realm i see the same listing day over day on old mats which noone really buys. i have a lot of old shit stack after stacks of ores and bars from my g bank and they do not sell on the ah at below prices

Is that where all these mats are coming from? I haven't gotten Draenor yet but it's been a constant battle of undercutting. I thought it was just from people coming back and leveling up or people leveling their alts. Garrisons....explains a lot.
 
yea Garrisons x 100 ftw I guess its all about undercutting the next guy to get sales now. I dont need to farm crap with so many Garrisons I just login then collect my stuff then logout, even less time spent in the game! lol

But blizzard are fixing how many items/mats you get now from your garrison, they said it was giving to much away ( seen that coming )

I hope they nerf it, for my sake! My main gold making mat on the AH has been hit hard. I normally buy out everyone selling it too low but lately it has been flooded.....well, on to other methods for now.
 
Yea not much we can do, but I had seen this coming as must people did. With the fixes on the raw mats giving to much and what not its quite silly but they will slow it down big time soon.

They already know its wrecking the AH and in game economy. I was pissed off that every character above 90 gets a Garrison, was hoping it would be a Account/Server thing, as in only get one per a server.

no point really nerfing it because they nerfed the demand hard on gear.

the gating is a punishment harder on normal legit none botters because they cant level a 93 in 4 days and mass garrisons and franky a lot of people are tired of blizzard's bullshit on the gear gate'ing and a lot of people are unsubbing after they finish the wod new quest chain/story (which wasnt that great anyways its just hides grinding better) legit people are not going to wait 15 days to get a piece of gear and have no gold to buy anything because blizzard gated all the proffessions.

if they nerf it harder people will just leave all the faster because when a person cant even be self sufficient (current method) and have to buy crap and STILL be gated by time it will be even more bullshit

But thats a MMO, dont expect to get everything given to you. But in WOD it already is being given to you, they are already slowing it down and will do more later as they want everyone to be geared for LFR and Normals its not all about finishing Heroics in Raids now its all about finishing Mythics. So 665 wont be shit after a few months.

I say as for gold farmers it will get better over the next few months, atm blizzard has so much work to do to even out the game and what not but that expected from a exp.

You can't bot the garrison right now because there are no profiles for it.

on my server boe was 75 k last week 40k on wednesday and 15k-20k right now lol....
 
Yea, same on my server. I feel sorry for the guys who paid 120k for a 665 they are now only 30k..... ah well
