Go AFK for few hours and come back to character selection screen? Help

Alright so when I leave honorbuddy running quest for me I'll leave for an hour or so, and most of the time I come back to the character selection screen and The login box for honorbuddy. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks

i suggest Arelog it will solve any crashes/errors/inactivity and will start wow and the bot back up.
