Gm ticket response received, but never sended a ticket.

Hi fellas.

Today I logged in to 2 of my wow accounts attached to the same battle.net account
The first thing I noticed was that I have been chosen to fill in a GM survey for both accounts.
However I did not write a ticket. When I clicked to fill in the survey ll I see is a blank page. ( no text)
So I /reload my UI. Now the survey icon is gone, but instead I get this message: "You have received a ticket response. Click here to read it".
I clicked and again all I can see is a blank page. When I close this windows the GM message pops up again.

I have been temp banned on 1 of those account little over a week ago. I haven't botted since my temp ban so I don't expect a ban.
Anyone experienced a similar problem?

I had the same thing this morning. Had a 72h suspention 3 weeks ago too and didnt used hb since then but been manualy farming 3 hours a day. Made some gold and sold it. Lets see whats coming.
 
After some relogs I was able to read the GM message. It appeared to be an old message I received and already read a week ago. It was a response to my appeal to my temp ban.
