Congrats, you think your country cares. You're wrong, but there's a lot of explanation on that topic.

The legality of what they do isn't worth discussing with you. The point of this thread was to point out something that Blizzard clearly isn't hiding, as demonstrated in my initial post.

I just added a new Battlechest, and I got a prompt that i had to accept and it said:

"In an attempt to provide all users an equal opportunity to play World of Warcraft game in a ‘***** free’ environment, please be aware that World of Warcraft monitors the computer that you use to access World of Warcraft for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft by performing limited scans of your computer."
