Global Blackspots?

Could there be some global blackspot file, that you add black spots, and it would use those blackspots on every profile? would be very handy to add stuff like ogrimar call to arms board, that the damn bot is trying to hump everytime it walks past it. Other stuff too would be very handy to add, becose its very annoying to notice that "Oh the bot is again expressing his sexual needs against something" that gets a bit annoying after a while. Like its funny the first time you see it, but after a while you start wishing that your dog would stop humping your leg cos it not funny.

Edit: I found file GlobalStuckBlackspots.xml on the root, is this the thing that I was looking for? Now, off to wiki read the whole article, if any, exist in there. ->
