Giles Trinity question/ barb combat routine

Giles Trinity bay far is the best plugin for picking up loots, but I notice it is not using Rend as often as I wanted.
The blank combat routine disabled the tweak feature so I am wondering if anyone knows how to increase the frequency of Rend while using Giles Trinity.

Why don't you post in Giles thread? I'm sure DB devs don't support third party plugins (especially when they aren't familiar with the plugin).
