I'm sure this has come up before, but the name of this game is gear right? we would like greater flexibility in selecting which items get sold and which dont. Most of us cant understand or alter the scoring system to get the results we are looking for, so I propose a slightly more complex solution, using variables that are already built in.
Similliar to the auction house search screen thats in the game client, The Guiles-trinity item system would work the same except a new array with stored values would be compared to the item prior to stashing and would preceed the scoring system. Once the new array looped values were checked, it then goes into the stash or not current scoring system, then to the vendor.
These values would be entered by the user from a drop down box and text value user interface that pops out from the item config tab. Dont laugh, but I made a small example of what i mean:
The stats are selected from a drop down box, the values are strict boolean followed by a number. Once the stats and values are selected, a button, such as "Keep this Item" pushes the values into an array and are displayed in the large text box. Individual items from the array can be deleted when selected from the large text box.
Like I said, this is jsut an idea, and the variables can be used straight from the old system. It wouldn't take much to implement, and would give us, the users much more flexibility in what we keep and what we trash.
Thanks, and flame on.
