Ghom profile : Hexing pants of Mr. Yan

Hey guys - i'd like to know if it's possible to keep moving as a WD for the ghom profile?
Literally the big dog, Garg and fetishes are killing him in 4 seconds if the character only casts Pirhanado and then just keep moving around
Tips?

i doubt it. that would require changing combat routine on rrrrrrrrrrix part. the profile.xml like rift or bounty or anything profiles have tags to move around the map. there is no combat related mechanics on profile.
