GF on Follower

Sorry if this is a noob question.

Afaik mf and gf are somehow added among players (if youre not playing solo).
Does this also count towards the followers? So is it useful to give my follower some gf?

Yes the GF from the follower is 20% of all GF on the follower.

Edit: googled it and its 20%
