Getting stuck while gathering

One of my bots keeps getting stuck while gathering, it doesn't show the window as open on him but he gets stuck at a Mature Tree and just stands there indefinitely. I have to force restart the game (close it out with either alt f4 or the X) because "you cannot execute that command at this time" when the gathering window is open.

Only this one bot gets stuck and it's the same tree each time on the same computer. He has gathered from that tree successfully before without getting stuck, but sometimes just gets stuck there.

Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone else encountered a similar issue that knows how to fix it?

I am familiar with the behavior you are experiencing as I have seen it quite a few times while creating my gathering tag. It would happen for me if I were to force close the gathering window too soon after opening it, so we are likely not having the same issue.

Is it possible that you just have a plugin for repair or food on this bot that might be interfering every once in a while that you might not have on others? Most likely not the answer though.
 
It sounds like the issue I had before Matt told me about spelldelay? I believe and made the default delay longer. frozen in place, able to chat and do whatever, just not move.
 
Yea, he isn't using my tag though, and it was probably skipWindowDelay. I just think it is the same effect somehow. Not really sure and sounds difficult to test as it is only sometimes.

Oh right, that was the one, I never had it after that though, and repeatedly had it before your fix.

Any news of this happening again? Can you provide a screenshot of where this node is and where you get stuck?
 
It has not happened again since, sorry since it hasn't happened I have yet to browse the forums again.

It happened three times that day and that's it.

He hasn't returned to the Ice Shards yet though so maybe it hasn't happened yet because he has not returned to that tree.


Though based on responses you guys say it happens after closing the gathering window too early, so maybe since that one bot is running on a laptop it experienced some latency lag and it happened to mess up/with the bot. And maybe getting stuck on that very same tree was pure coincidence? I doubt it, my instincts are saying otherwise but I truthfully have no more information to provide until it happens again.

If it happens again I'll take a screenshot of my location on the map + the tree + post more logs.
