getting stuck on the maltheo map, my guy doesn't know to hit the teleport circles

so on my regular rifts

my guy gets stuck in the maltheo map. he will go to the area where he must teleport in order to get to the other side but doesn't know how to hit the blue circle that will get him to the other side.

is there an update or something I can do to remedy this?

he just stands there circles and exits eventually

any help on this issue would be most helpful tyvm community
