Getting stuck at 'start'

When I click 'start' button bot is getting freezed and nothing happens, heres my log

update your DB(make a new installation from scratch)

Download .NET Framework 3.5 Service pack 1 from Official Microsoft Download Center


and then this as admin

whats your pc specs?

check the cpu and ram usage while trying to use DB and let me know what you can see (task manager)
