you received a softban.. the bot will catch the pokestop sometimes to unblock your acc..

r u sure this is softban?? i bot in my own city and travel under 30km/hr

It is not a soft ban.. turn "loot pokestops" off and try. It works perfectly and catches pokemon, but will not loot pokestops. I manually went to a pokestop and looted with no problem, so its something to do with the bot.
