Basicly waiting for a couple of hours could fix this, or going to a pokestop and basicly keep spinning it for 50+ times seems to work.
Also, just make sure you dont jump locations more then should be legit possible to avoid the soft bans, search this forum also before u post.
Things like these have been already answered over 1000 times..

its only softban. wait it do the same pokestop 20-50 times and after u get exp and all works fine. dont jump around the world so far...

It's not a soft ban.. Actually, I'm not quite sure what it is. However, it's happening to me too, just let it wear itself out for a bit and keep the bot running. Mine maybe showed me the message about 26 times and finally looted the Pokestop, and went on it's marry way to another stop. Just let it run itself out, don't push "Stop Bot".

Ok. Can u explain this? If i unselect "loot pokestop" box, the bot can catch pokemons. And its show that to us its not a softban.
