Getting incubator eggs

Hi

I think that pokefarmer is not getting incubator eggs rewards (pokemon), after I connect in my device I got the opening an egg animation.

How do you guys handle this?

This problem has been already public - fix will come soon I think.

And for the moment I do not use the eggs because I'm too lazy handle it with my phone.
