Getting "Failed to ReadProcessMemory" error

Hi,

I keep getting this issue, tried everything that the Forums were saying(clearing combined assemblies, memory cache) but it still keeps happening occasionally, especially when I zone out and have to restart. Log file has been attached.

I used to get this one quite a bit before the big remesh. Does a BW restart fix the issue?

The only remedy that works for me is to close swtor totally and restart BW.
