Try to get Demonbuddy to an accesible path like C:\demonbuddy .
Dont use numbers or spaces on the folder name since it can fuck up things sometimes.

Try that first and let us know how it turns out.

you are running everything as ana administrator ?

Also: check that your profiles are in an accesible path. that could cause that problem too.
