Getting Error when i try to open honorbuddy.

hello

i just downloaded the newest version of honorbuddy and when i try to open it i get error where it says Don't Send or Send error report. what can i do about it?
Is it because i use USB internet or?

thanks now the error is gone! but when i hit the honorbuddy button. it doenst open but it shows in process bar when i press ctrl alt delete? what to do then

restart you pc and try a new Hb intallation from scratch
