Getting error "Styx.Helpers.CharacterSettings"

when I launch HB I get a windows error box saying "The type initializer for 'Styx.Helpers.CharacterSettings' threw an exception, If i hit ignore and attempt to continue I can load HB but it doesnt give any options such as pvp, quest, grind. And the error pops up again but says "DoString: Invalid Executor."

I deleted my folder and made a new one, worked.
