Getting Error in diablo !!

As the title says i get an error when my bot tryes to create a game.. It cant create it... "Game cannot be created Error (xxxxxx). Anyone have any ideas what to do?

that happens when 1 u are all ready in a game 2 u have someone else in group with you that is in a game and hasn't left it yet other then that no idea thoughs are the only times i have ever seen it
