Getting error after i formated my computer

Hey. I recently formated my computer. I use Windows 7 professional. But when im going to start with honorbuddy again i get this error every time i should start HB.

I start honorbuddy as admin. What is the problem?

read the official HB release thread, first post there's a big box with red lettering in it

Thanks. The problem is that my new graphiccard uses DX11.
