Getting authentication failed

I use my key to log into the bot, but when I goto start my game through the account manager I get.

Authentication failed! Check is your Buddy Auth Keys valid and check your sessions.

This is the correct key because I used it to first get into the bot, and I have no other sessions going. How do I fix this?

You can login into the bot with any 20digits key. So check your key, copypaste it from buddyauth portal
