Getting an error that there is too many active sessions

Hi, I have attempted to reboot my machine reinstalling honorbuddy fresh disabling windows defender and nothing seems to be working i cant log in to the bot it just keeps giving me an error that there is already an active session

Wait 15-30 minutes without starting a bot and it clears automatically.

i havent shared my key at all ill wait the 30 minutes and see if that fixes it. It has happened to me before but when i would restart it would be fixed. I tried rebooting like 5 times and everything else i could think of to fix it.

It is still not working for me. Is there any way you can look into this for me and see whats going on?

I have waited 30 minutes tried it and it didnt work rebooted my pc and waited another 30 minutes and it still gives me the error trying to start it. I have not shared my key at all with anyone.
