Getting a weird bug never happened before (log)

Like the title says never happened before standing in hyjal loading a profile people say works and get this.

I have restarted pc. deleted HB reinstalled new. deleted all custom CC. deleted all plugins.

open the profile with a text editor and change the max lvl to 91
