Getting a Visual C++ error after restarting RB. Cannot find Redistributable. Any ideas?

Hi all, getting the error as seen in the screenshot, and despite trying to locate the redistributable mentioned, I have had no such luck. Any ideas?

Selecting "Yes" takes me to a microsoft page that no longer has anything listed.
