Get out of Annual PAss

So i made a mistake by signing up for the annual pass thingy. I'm really bored with wow and I haven't played wow for like a month now. I don't see any desires to come back to wow. I signed up for the annual pass because I had a little interest in wow and I'm a hardcore Diablo fan. But now I'm regretting it because I'm paying for something I don't even play. How do i get out of this annual pass? Should I just try to get banned, would being banned get em out of the contract? Any ideas?

you cant contract's a contract and you're bound. Just as you buy a mobile phone with a 2 year contract you cannot break it.

You can also try to buy the gametime you need to complete the year with gold, worst thing that can happen is that they ban your account for selling gold.

Actually you can break a 2yr contract on a cell phone, most companies though charge a cancellation fee. If you really dont want the pass, you could always cancel your Credit card and you wont be charged anymore. Like others have said you could just buy the gametime with gold. Last ive seen was like 70-90k for 12months gametime through raf. Or use a vpn type service to change IP, report it as a hacked account, it will get locked and blizz will remove all credit card/payment info on the account and just dont call in to have it unlocked till if/when you want to play again. Problem solved

If you dont care about your account, you can just go to your bank and tell them that you want to recover your money payed to blizzard. I dont know exactly the us way but in germany
you can get your charge back if it is not older than 3 months. Your account will be banned but thats it^^

I got mine cancelled by saying I lost my job and I needed all my money for food and rents, they didn't want at first but i replied and said i was really sad at how blizzard was treating their customers and they cancelled it !

Just delete your CC info and let the sub run out on the month.
