What plugins are you trying to run. Last line of your log showed it's trying to load / compile plugins.

Try removing all except trinity adventurer and questTools.
If those are all you have please del demonbuddy and do a clean / fresh install

That did it. Forgot I was messing around with ryar last night and didn't finish setting it up. Works perfect now.
