Get a lost CD back

So I'm gonna have to install a new OS my desktop since it crashed. And I was wondering if there was a way to get my HB cd back...I bought it when it was lifetime...and I didn't tie it to this account....

Yea, It's what I used to login with..I suppose I deleted the Email with the Key in it

I guess I"ll post it here since this is the same topic. I haven't played WoW in quite some time now and am returning and would like to use this bot. I bought a lifetime account with GB/HB or whatever. I tried logging in with my old account info to the link you gave above but it did not work, so I sent an email to support saying that it gave me an error. The answer I got back was to use the right information. I tried requesting a password to see if I was using the wrong info and tried sending it to either of the emails I use and got a message that the email doesn't exist. I tried registering with the same email I use on here and log in but I have no keys. I still have the original emails with invoice numbers of what I bought. But it seems like a different method to sell the product is now being used. What do I need to do to get this fixed?

You don't have a key. Use your old username and password when you start the bot.
