Hi guys, this may not be the appropriate place to come to but I am quite desperate right now.

I am wondering if anyone can help me translate?

He's saying that he's asking his credit card company to undo the payment asap. He never received the product he paid for.

I am going to instruct my credit card company to get back the paid money immediately. I don't pay for a product, I didn't get! You have annulled the repayment to fast, without any further inquiry.

OK, thanks guys. This person is getting out of control... I think there is a huge misunderstanding. I am wondering do Germany Customs steal things?

Further, can someone help me translate this:

He's going to his laywer because you declined his re-payment. I'm not quite sure what the whole thing about is, so I can't give you anything that fits into the whole context.
Basicially he's telling you that you should check {check what?} before you decline a re-payment.
His German looks like he's either plain dumb or was born after 2000.

Thanks for the suggestion. But we are on Paypal dispute right now so I can't ignore him =.=

So in Germany, "re-payment" means refund right? Well I had to decline in order to talk to him... Otherwise I would have just refunded him without question which is not practical in situations like this.

OK the story goes like this: He bough a phone from me and I sent it to him via FedEx. He claims that carton box was empty and there was no phone inside, plus, he said the FedEx driver was present when he opens the package. He was basically saying that he had proof. Then he lodged a dispute on Paypal demanding a full refund. Obviously, I had to reject because I did sent him the phone. In addition, I have to reject his claim (for full refund) in order to further talk to him about this issue.

I've been trying to translate his German from Google Translate. But Google Translate basically translates 80% into unstructured English and left the remaining 20% in German. I've also been trying to ask him to talk to me in English but I can tell he was also trying to use another translator. But then he simply just ignores me and continued his reply in German.

I hope this helps you in shaping the entire situation.

EDIT: Could it be that German isn't his first language? I am suspecting this because normally Google Translate is spot on when translating between German and English.
 
He received a number of the "driver" of FedEx. Mostly on a small, yellow "sticker". Tell him to send you a picture of it, and contact FedEx, asking for the driver.
If he claims he hasn't received such a sticker, ask him to check the "box" of the cell phone. Mostly on the top, there is the sticker if you didn't receive one directly.
If he still claims theres none, ask him to contact FedEx and prove that he's not received it. If he comes up with "you're the one to contact FedEx because you sent the package", he's most likely trying to scam you. In the end, HE is the one to prove that the package was empty, and not you.

I actually have proof that the package is 1KG. Let alone an empty box will not even be 500g.

But you are actually right. If things really didn't go well, he has the burden to prove the box was empty.
