it doesnt seem like the problem is in my part. it has to be ipblocked on your side.
a quick vpn test to my friend 1ms away with another iprange and same isp that i have fixes the problem.

should mean that my ip range is blocked i guess.

We've opened bug report HB-1882 against this issue. Sadly, we've no work-around for you at the moment.

we are still trying to figure what triggers this one,since only some IPs getting it
