Generic Doesnt attack?

I am using Belph for now, but i want to use generic to time attacks for bosses. But it doesnt attack? how do i fix this? i have reinstalled DB a few times and it doesnt fix.

charge, earthquake, beserk, warcry,bash, revenge. Id like to also mention, i tried using a wicked wind wiz and it stands around 2.
