I have the knowledge of this coding like a 7 year old putting with their hand on the stove. I know some of these requests would be a modicum of work but just read 
.
1) Revive that companion pet plugin! I don't remember exactly how it worked but let us specify which pet we want it to summon, have us list which ones it should pick randomly, or have it completely random. *Disabled in PVP*
Point: Looks less botty and its nice to have some eye candy out there!
2) Some kind of Emote based plugin! Like that alert plugin if a player is following it have it emote some jokes or something. Have it laugh randomly I guess.. hard to think of what would trigger this one.
3) Advanced Profile Making Plugin: In general I would like a plugin that would be able to log nearby vendors, class trainers, locations of mailboxes, and factions of non-pvp npcs that players are attacking. I know the DB couldnt be able to determine where the vendors or trainers are, plugin could possibly do the mailbox thing, and the npc thing is most likely doable. I would just like this incase im running a profile and I happened to miss a vendor, or trainer.. Never know!
4) Last but not least. Hand to XML profile maker.. Anyone can hand level and do quests themselves but making a profile is not as easy. If you picked up a quest, the plugin would log in some txt document the pickup line.. you pickup some more.. it adds them when your doing it.. parsing (right word) information from WoWhead. Ive seen wowhead being able to parse objectives.. If a person trained at a trainer, it adds it, used a vendor.. adds it. Not perfect concept but if that was possible I would cry
