General Freezing + Lag Overall on GUI etc

As title says.

Windows 10 Pro
64bit
16GB
i5-4670K
GTX 770
All service packs updated, microsoft visual, net frame works etc etc all updated.
I run no AV software and the only thing running is the Pokefarmer GUI and teamview.

Overall the GUI gets laggy / locks up. Also like to freeze the PC every now and then. Even opening coords to set location, or settings in general gets the same problem. Can someone try and replicate this and take a look?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
