Gems for pushing Grifts

So, do you use str/int/dex gem's in all your gear while trying to push Grifts, or would using Resist All gems be more beneficial? Got my gear enchanted with half strength, half vitality to raise my toughness a bit already. Sitting at 20,000 + strength, 6,500 + vitality at the moment.

i guess you are playing LoN crusader. for pushing 80+ i recommend all resistance gems (you should be above 200mill+ resistance when pushing 80+). for paragon speedrifting (around ~75) go for max dps with all red gems. head ofc a diamond. vit gems and enchants are completely useless. enchanting your gear you go only for +stength
