Gearing up bots in WoD? How to do it?

Hey guys, I am new to WoD and I recently got my bot to lvl 100. What ways do you use to gear up your bots? From what I see I will probably need an item level of around 650 to be able to go through Tanaan Jungle with little to no troubles from mobs..? How do I achieve that without spending a week or more in farming?

Generally,
WOD Normal Dungeons -> WoD Heroic Dungeons -> Raids or PVP(If you choose seems that PvP has been getting alot of attention lately from Blizzard so just be careful if you do run it PvP)
WoD Normal Dungeons will give you up to 615 then WoD Heroic Dungeons will give you up to 630 past that is Raids(640 for HM on LFR). To speed up gearing you can buy 3 Warforged items from the AH if you have a little gold these start at 640 a piece and the first level is generally dirt cheap. To do WoD Heroic Dungeons you will have to complete the silver proving grounds.

sounds like a lot of hassle, queue ashran to get the ilvl 700 pvp piece per week, let the bot go wild in bgs for a night and bam, 670+ geared.

Perhaps your way is less of a hassle if it can last to morning without getting banned. Sooo many observers in Ashran all it takes is the bot getting stuck on 1 poorly mesh'd mountain and the account is gone while you sleep peacefully in your bed dreaming about how your guy is gonna be all geared up in the morning just to wake up to a nice disconnected and banned account message. Worse that can happen to my 5 guy team is they time out and I have to click start again which is a true pain considering ill still have accounts.I have nothing against those who PvP I just urge caution when taking that path.
