Gearing Guide for the different Classes after 2.0?

Hi,

I came back after some time away and was looking for a gearing guide for the different classes, anyone have any tips?
What items to craft and what stats to aim for.
What stats are now good or not opposed to late 2013.
What set bonuses or leg to look for and why.
What build do you use for your class now?

for monk u want the 4 piece inna set (if ur lucky enough to find them) as they give u all 4 mantra effects
weapon use maximus
bracer use the bracer from the demon set (and the shoulder if u dont have seven sins or if u roll tempest rush% on ur demon shoulder)
the build is focused on tempest rush and +fire % or whichever element u r using (preferably fire since u also get the boost from maximus: for example +16% fire from maximus and +20% from the demon bracer)
boots firewalkers
its very ez to farm for items right now. i found all these in 4 days of botting
my monk is botting t2 easily with 220k dps, 700k toughness

Wish I had your luck with the droprates but I have to say it frigging sucks for me, I have most likely gotten over 100 leg drops 2 of them have been upgrades. Rest turned to brimstone and sold on AH yesterday for 9k each.
I've been botting on Act1 in the crypt with my barb plowing through for 600-800mil an hour on Torm3.
