Gearing Bots

What do you guys do to gear your bots?

Depends, there's pvp (its pretty risky to bg bot, and expect a few reports, so do it at your own risk)

There's Dungeon gearing. (5 man dungeon = pretty easy gearing, my 5 man team are all 650+ now)

This week ,theres timewalking, so that should be pretty nice to gear up.
Buying some craft / 650+ gear.


Easiest is probably just baleful gear. but that'll probably involve investing more time into your bots a bit.

I tend to play my toons even if for a bit.
Best way to get IMO, is PvP. Quick 700 ilvl, can solo all needed/wanted raids and easy to obtain.
If Im finding pvp hard, I farm gold on a gatherer and buy the gear. (Costly depending on items)

first botted toon should always be your favourite or most played class, so you can gear quick in pvp and start you off quicker in farming/botting onwards.

Dungeons only if you have a full 5 bot team

LFR if you can play it yourself (Wouldnt bot this)

been using BGFarmer instead of BGBuddy for BGs, hasn't got me banned yet on several toons (works best for 'dumb' melee classes/routines).

BGFarmer is prob less reported but still higher change of being reported than most others. BGFarmer also uses some weird logic sometimes and has the bot going back and forth looking realllllll botty sometimes. But overall is probably better.
